Casa Muaná's space was thoughtfully designed by me using the most I could of repurposed materials and second hand finds in a healthy mix with new items and our forever growing collection of waldorf inspired toys, either bought, gifted or made by myself. I created the different play spaces to keep children engaged, having different areas of interest to always keep things fresh. Casa Muaná offers: -Imaginative play area -Drawing area -Cozy reading corner -Dramatic play area -Gross motor skills area -Arts and crafts area -Fenced in backyard with mud kitchen and outdoor toys |
Dramatic Play, Arts/Crafts and Gross Motor Skills Play Area
With long harsh winters, I wanted to create a cozy and safe space where children could use all their energy inside too,
on days they feel like staying indoors. Our meal table is in here (and in this same table we do our crafts like watercolour and wool felting).

Imaginative Play and DrawingArea
This area is very seasonal, with toys rotation and changing decor to suit the Season or approaching Festivals.
It is here that we listen to stories and sing our circle time songs.
